YOUTH GOLD REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS
Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking/reservation at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the service, event, or season.
Partial Refund: If a cancellation occurs between 30 and 59 days before the scheduled start date, a partial refund may be granted. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and expenses incurred by YouthGold.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled start date.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
To request a refund, please contact us through email at youthgoldsf@gmail.com. Refund requests must be made in writing and include the booking/reference number, customer name, contact information, and reason for cancellation.
RREFUND PROCESSING:
Upon receipt of a refund request, we will review the request and process it within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
EXCEPTIONS:

In the event of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, YouthGold reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy.
